LIMITED collaboration between Barocco Coffee and Escape Coffee (Montreal). 100g of Anaerobic Natural Robusta (Ratnagiri - Pearl Mountain Estates, India) by Barocco and 100g of Anaerobic Natural Bourbon (Hafi, Burundi) by Escape.

The result? A big, funky, nostalgic, delicious brew...best enjoyed as an espresso, but suitable to any brew method. Only 27 of these left...so grab them, while you can!!!

Our go to recipe - 18g in / 36g out - 27-28 seconds - without pre-infusion, 30-31 seconds with pre infusion. We recommend a 60/40 or 65/35 blend Bourbon:Robusta.
